Talk about someone that shocked me last night on The Voice Season 4 Blind Auditions, as Grace Askew prepares to take the stage and I am thinking that she will be a joke and what is going on with that hair and just everything about her seemed awkward, but that is what The Voice 2013 is all about and Grace came out and blew me and The Voice Season 4 coaches away with her rendition of “These Boots Are Made For Walking” by Nancy Sinatra. She called it “bluntry” and I fell in love!
Grace sings a mix between blues and country, in which she calls it bluntry. What she wants to call it doesn’t matter to me, as Grace put on a show on that stage. She is entertaining and made a classic song her own and I was thoroughly impressed. It was a battle between Blake Shelton and Shakira, but Blake picked up on the blues and country and it was over. Of course, Grace Askew joins Team Blake on The Voice 2013 Season 4!
